1. Service and operator

3ords.com provides a catalog of books, texts, summaries, audio versions, and an account area for audiobook orders. The site administrator is the party to these Terms; contact: LibertyStartups@proton.me.

Some content and features come from external platforms. We may change the scope or availability of free features while honoring obligations already created by paid services.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Protect your password and access to the Telegram account used for sign-in.
• Do not transfer accounts to evade limits, impersonate others, or automate account creation without permission.
• Report suspected unauthorized access to the contact email.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• break the law or infringe the rights of authors, performers, publishers, users, or others;
• upload malware, disrupt the site, circumvent restrictions, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization;
• overload the service with automated requests, scrape the catalog at scale, or use outputs to infringe third-party rights;
• request illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.

4. Library content

Books, translations, covers, recordings, and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Availability does not transfer copyright or grant commercial redistribution rights.

We seek to account for legal status but cannot guarantee the same classification in every country. You are responsible for confirming that reading, downloading, or using an item is lawful where you are.

5. User materials

By uploading a book or text, or submitting a link, you confirm you are entitled to have it processed. Rights in the source remain with you or the relevant rights holder.

You grant 3ords a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, transform, and transmit the material only as needed to fulfill the order, provide security and support, and comply with law. Private orders are not published in the public catalog, on YouTube, or in Telegram without separate permission or another lawful basis.

6. AI-generated output

Narration and some site materials are produced using automated tools. Pronunciation, stress, formatting, translation, and factual errors may occur. Outputs are not professional legal, medical, financial, or other specialist advice.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access for a breach, security threat, fraud, binding legal request, or valid rights-holder request. Where reasonable and lawful, you will have a chance to explain or retrieve an already completed paid result.

8. Warranties and liability

Free materials are provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or permanent external links. Liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and applicable law

The current version is published here. Material changes affecting accounts or paid services may require renewed acceptance. Mandatory rules in your country and other applicable laws continue to apply; these Terms do not remove non-waivable consumer rights.
