Audiobook Order Terms

1. The service

You select a book, provide a link, or upload a file, and 3ords automatically converts available text into audio files using the selected voice. The order scope, estimated size, and price are shown before confirmation.

The order is an automated text-processing service, not a sale of rights in the source book. 3ords does not become the publisher or owner of an uploaded work.

2. Minutes, balance, and prices

• Estimated minutes depend on extracted text length: one minute corresponds to 850 characters. Actual MP3 duration may differ. The exact volume and final amount are shown before order confirmation.
• 20 free minutes are available each calendar month in Moscow time. They are used first and do not carry over.
• Additional minutes cost RUB 0.75, with a RUB 49 minimum payment. Extra minutes from the minimum payment remain in your balance. Fixed prices in other available currencies are shown before payment.
• One-time packs contain 1600 minutes for RUB 990, 4500 minutes for RUB 2490, or 10000 minutes for RUB 4990. Purchased minutes are valid for 365 days; each lot has an expiry date in your account. A migrated previous balance has no expiry.
• The price, currency, discount, and total shown immediately before checkout prevail over examples elsewhere.

3. One-time payment

The provider named at checkout processes payment. Its terms, fees, conversion rates, and refund methods may also apply. 3ords receives payment status and identifiers, but not a full card number.

Each payment is confirmed separately for a specific order or minute pack. There are no subscriptions, automatic renewals, or recurring charges. Blockchain transfers are technically irreversible; refund requests are handled separately through support.

4. Order start and delivery

After confirmation and with sufficient balance, the required minutes are reserved and the job enters a queue. Minutes are settled for completed, downloadable parts. Timing depends on book length, format, source availability, voice, and hardware load. Any estimate is non-binding unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

The result may be split into chapters or parts. Download completed files within a reasonable period while the link remains available.

5. Cancellation, failure, and reprocessing

Cancellation or technical failure returns the unused reservation to its original balance lots. Delivered chapters remain available and are charged. Returned minutes from an expired lot remain available for another 30 days.

If our technical failure prevents completion, contact support about reprocessing or a refund of the unused purchased balance. Source-text errors and normal synthetic-voice limitations are not, by themselves, technical non-performance.

6. Refunds

Request a refund of unused purchased minutes, including expired minutes, through support or from the account email to LibertyStartups@proton.me, including the payment or order number. Refunds use the original purchase price and currency in proportion to unused units, rounded down to the smallest currency unit. Active reservations and delivered chapters are excluded. Requested units are frozen during review; staff perform payouts manually. Refunding a migrated previous balance requires verification of the original purchase. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

External provider or network fees are refundable only where provider rules or mandatory law require it. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived.

7. Rights in source and output

You warrant that you have rights or another lawful basis for narration and remain responsible for submitted material. You may use the output only within your rights in the source work and applicable law.

We do not publish a private order in the public catalog or on external platforms without separate permission. Any permission is limited to the publication expressly agreed.
