Copyright and Takedown Policy

1. Rights in materials

Copyright and related rights in books, translations, covers, recordings, and other materials remain with their lawful owners. Attribution or availability on 3ords does not mean the site claims those rights.

Material may be available because it is in the public domain, openly licensed, authorized, covered by a lawful exception, or obtained from an external source. Legal status can vary by country.

2. Reporting infringement

A rights holder or authorized representative may send a notice to LibertyStartups@proton.me. To help us locate and assess the material, include:

• your name or organization and contact details;
• the protected work and the basis for your rights;
• the exact URL of the disputed page or file on 3ords.com;
• the allegedly infringing use and relevant jurisdiction;
• a good-faith and accuracy statement;
• proof of authority when acting for someone else.

3. Review process

We may request clarification, temporarily restrict access, remove material, preserve necessary evidence, and notify the user or source. We consider the notice, applicable law, licenses, public-domain status, and lawful exceptions.

Removal from 3ords is not an admission of infringement and does not remove independent copies on external platforms. Contact those platforms about their copies.

4. Counter-notice

If your material was restricted by mistake, email LibertyStartups@proton.me with the URL, a description, the lawful basis for use, and supporting documents. We may share the counter-notice with the original claimant as needed to resolve the dispute.

5. Abuse

Knowingly false notices and repeated infringement may lead to account restrictions and legal liability. Do not submit personal data that is unnecessary to review the request.
