Audiobook Mysterious Psychic Forces

The work opens with a firm rejection of dogmatic skepticism, asserting that science must fearlessly confront every unknown problem in nature. The author recounts decades of personal experiments with mediums, most notably Eusapia Paladino, documenting physical anomalies that occur under controlled conditions. The investigation systematically categorizes phenomena such as table levitations, mysterious rappings, autonomous movements of heavy objects without contact, and the appearance of phantom forms. The author addresses the pervasive presence of fraud among professional mediums while insisting that genuine physical forces distinct from known energies still operate through the human organism. Through detailed records of sittings conducted with eminent scientists, the text analyzes the delicate boundary between unconscious auto-suggestion, objective physical forces, and the persistent mystery of human consciousness. The inquiry explores whether these manifestations point toward hidden natural laws or the survival of personality, ultimately maintaining an open yet disciplined scientific stance.
