Мы просим у читателя прощения и снисхождения и просим не обращать на них внимания, поскольку это было совершенно неизбежно с их стороны. Большую часть времени, пока шла работа, редактор отсутствовал и не мог осуществлять за ней личный надзор, как ему того страшно хотелось.
