(B) Ястребинка канадская ( Hieracium canadense ) — гладкий, стройный вид с облиственным стеблем. Помимо крупных раскидистых прикорневых листьев, стебель попеременно покрыт сидячими ланцетными, остропильчатыми светло-зелеными листьями. Цветки практически такие же, как у предыдущего вида. В октябре на их месте появляются небольшие буроватые шарики пуха. Ястребинка канадская распространена на опушках лесов от Ньюфаундленда до Британской Колумбии и на юг до Нью-Джерси, Мичигана и Орегона. Она цветет с июля по сентябрь.
