РОЗНИЧНЫЕ ЭКЗЕМПЛЯРЫ. Любая печатная книга отправляется с предоплатой почтовых расходов при получении розничной цены. Ключи к упражнениям и переводы поставляются только преподавателям. Транспортные расходы на блокноты, альбомы для рисования, бланки и планшеты оплачиваются покупателем.
ЗАКАЗЫ. Каждый заказ должен быть четко написан и подписан покупателем. В нем необходимо указать почтовое отделение, округ и штат, а также способ доставки товаров — почтой, экспресс-почтой или грузовым отправлением; если название железнодорожной или экспресс-станции отличается от названия почтового отделения, это должно быть указано особо.
ТОЧНЫЕ НАЗВАНИЯ. Во всех заказах должны быть указаны точные названия книг в том виде, в каком они напечатаны в наших прайс-листах; в противном случае мы не несем ответственности за ошибки при отправке.
ЗАКАЗЫВАЙТЕ ЗАБЛАГОВРЕМЕННО. Заказы обычно выполняются в день их получения, однако непосредственно перед началом учебных занятий это не всегда возможно. Для обеспечения сво доставки следует делать поправку на неизбежные задержки, а заказы отправлять заблаговременно.
ПЛАТЕЖИ. Предпочтительны платежи посредством банковских переводных векселей, однако при желании можно использовать почтовые денежные переводы или денежные переводы экспресс-почтой.
ОБМЕН. Специальные условия для книг, требуемых для обмена, предоставляются по запросу. В таких случаях должны быть указаны как названия заменяемых книг, так и названия внедряемых.
ПОЧТА, СЛУЖБА PARCEL POST И ЭКСПРЕСС-ДОСТАВКА. Посылки с печатными книгами весом менее 8 унций могут отправляться по тарифу 1 цент за 2 унции. Посылки весом от 8 унций до 50 фунтов могут отправляться службой Parcel Post в соответствии с новыми зональными тарифами, которые можно узнать в любом почтовом отделении. Посылки любого веса могут отправляться экспресс-почтой. При отсутствии конкретных указаний мы отправляем посылки наиболее дешевым видом транспорта.
