Оригинальная рукопись «Реморса», написанная Кольриджем по просьбе Шеридана. Она была отправлена в театр Друри-Лейн в октябре 1797 года, но не была принята и оставалась там до пожара 1809 года, когда оказалась одним из немногих спасенных предметов.
Переписанная под названием «Реморс» пьеса шла на сцене двадцать вечеров.
Рукопись занимает лицевые стороны ста четырех листов; между каждыми двумя из них вплетены один или несколько чистых листов для аннотаций и частей печатной драмы.
